What is Sound Healing?

Also known as Sound Therapy, it consists of the application of vibrational and musical instruments, including the voice, on the physical body, influencing the person’s energetic fields. The scientific basis of sound therapy rests on the principle of Resonance in Empathy, which means that when one vibrating object induces higher vibrations in another, the second is leveled to its frequency and brought into an optimal state of harmony. The entire universe is in a state of vibration, and this includes the human body. Each organ, each bone, each cell, and every other part of the body and its energetic field has a healthy vibratory rate. Through sound, we can project the correct resonance frequency onto the part that is unwell, restoring it to its normal frequency. This results in healing.
