Abril fue un mes lleno de desafíos y aprendizajes, por lo que nos cargamos de energía con esta mágica sesión de luna llena y Sound Healing, en la que se fusionaron los sonidos curativos de los Cuencos Tibetanos y la conexión con la naturaleza.

Tratamiento del Estrés Laboral a través del Sound Healing

En estos tiempos post pandemia, como sociedad hemos vivido cambios radicales en nuestras relaciones interpersonales, los cuales han desencadenado un incremento en los casos de estrés, ansiedad, miedo e inseguridad. Esto ha afectado la productividad laboral y las relaciones personales.
Para abordar estos problemas, Sound Healing Los Cabos ha diseñado una terapia enfocada en el estrés laboral que tiene como objetivo ayudar a los trabajadores a armonizar su cuerpo y mente, mejorar su concentración y reducir el estrés, al mismo tiempo que se fortalecen los lazos del equipo de trabajo.

Agradecemos al equipo de Farmacias Similares por recibir nuestra sesión el pasado 23 de Abril, con la participación de 87 pacientes, 6 terapeutas, 100 cuencos, 2 Gongs, y una variedad de instrumentos.

In these post-pandemic times, as a society we have experienced radical changes in our interpersonal relationships, which have led to an increase in cases of stress, anxiety, fear and insecurity. This has affected both work productivity and personal relationships.
To address these issues, Sound Healing Los Cabos has designed a therapy focused on work-related stress, aimed at helping workers harmonize their body and mind, improve their concentration, and reduce stress while strengthening team bonds.

We thank the team at Farmacias Similares for hosting our session on April 23rd,
with the participation of 87 patients, 6 therapists, 100 bowls, 2 gongs, and a variety of instruments.

Para Sound Healing Los Cabos, es muy importante que el bienestar y la sanación llegue a toda la comunidad, independientemente de su condición económica, por consecuencia, como empresa destinamos el 10% del ingreso de cada terapia pagada, a realizar campañas altruistas de sanación.

El 24 de marzo, tuvimos el placer de recibir en nuestro estudio, a los amig@s del Club de Abuelos San Miguel, a quienes les brindamos una sesión terapéutica de sonidos y vibraciones para guiarlos a alcanzar un estado de relajación profunda y mejorar su bienestar emocional y físico.

Nos sentimos muy agradecid@s y afortunad@s de poder compartir nuestros conocimientos en la construcción de una sociedad mas justa, en la cual tod@s podamos beneficiarnos del poder medicinal del sonido.

For Sound Healing Los Cabos, it is very important that well-being and healing reach the entire community, regardless of their economic condition. Consequently, as a company, we allocate 10% of the income from each paid therapy to carry out altruistic healing campaigns.

On March 24th, we had the pleasure of receiving at our studio the friends from the Club de Abuelos San Miguel, to whom we provided a therapeutic session of sounds and vibrations to guide them towards achieving a state of deep relaxation and improving their emotional and physical well-being.
