? Meditación del día de muertos | “Soltando los apegos” ?
Sábado 30 de Octubre – 4.30 pm
Ven a meditar con el poder del sonido y la vibración de los Cuencos en Cuatro Vientos para permitirte la liberación de todos los pensamientos, emociones y sentimientos generados en tu ser ante los últimos acontecimientos a nivel global.
Ksepana mudra: Ayuda a soltar las emociones negativas que surgen tras una pérdida, a liberar la energía reprimida y a dejar ir. Además, permite que la energía fluya para evitar la resistencia al cambio.
Para acompañar la práctica del mudra, realiza esta afirmación: “Cualquier energía negativa que se encuentre en mi cuerpo y mente fluye hacia afuera, yo la dejo ir. Yo me permito dejar ir todo lo que no necesito, me relajo y confío. Yo absorbo energía fresca y positiva”.

Ksepana mudra: Helps to release negative emotions that arise after a loss, to release repressed energy and to let go. In addition, it allows energy to flow to avoid resistance to change.
To accompany the practice of the mudra, make this affirmation: “Any negative energy that is in my body and mind flows out, I let it go. I allow myself to let go of everything I don’t need, I relax and trust. I absorb fresh and positive energy ”.
