#TuningForkan instrument used by our therapists. It is a type of metal fork that produces a constan tone when struck and placed near the ear or different parts of the body. It is used to balance the bodyโs energy, improve health, and promote general well-being.
#Koshisa wind instrument made of tubes of different sizes, which produce various tones. These tones are combined to create a harmonious and relaxing melody used in sound therapy to induce a state of deep relaxation and reduce stress. They are very useful for improving concentration, attention, and inducing sleep. They also help balance the bodyโs chakras, which are energy centers that influence physical and emotional health.
#ShrutiBox is a rectangular sound instrument used in sound therapy and Indian music. Made of wood, it has 12 metallic strings tuned according to the Indian musical system, sargam. It is played by pressing the strings and producing a sound amplified by the resonant box. Sound therapists use it to establish a constant sound foundation in therapy sessions, aiding in concentration and relaxation. In Indian music, it accompanies singers and instruments and is sometimes a soloist. It is versatile, producing a wide range of tones. In sound therapy, it balances chakras and reduces stress and anxiety, enhancing concentration and mental clarity.
#Sansulas are evolved instruments of the typical Kalimba and are composed of a small wooden box with metal tongues attached on top to play different notes. Hokema sansulas have been manufactured in a village in northern Germany since 1985. These high-quality instruments produce a wonderful sound and do not require much musical experience. The sound of the instrument can be amplified by placing it on a table or attaching it to the skin of a percussion instrument.

#GongThere are several types of gongs, such as the penetrating sound of the Chinese Tam Tam Gong, the balanced and harmonious Symphonic Gong, the concentrated tone of the Balinese Gong, and the expansive and deep tone of the Feng Gong. The gong offers benefits such as balancing the glandular and nervous system, increasing vital energy, relieving pain, purifying the mind, and promoting deep relaxation.
