☯TRATAMIENTO del ESTRÉS LABORAL a través del Sound Healing🧘
El pasado 12 de Mayo tuvimos en el Estudio de Cabo San Lucas, un Taller de Tratamiento del Estrés Laboral a través del Sound Healing para la Asociación de Hoteles de Los Cabos A.C.
Se les enseñó a reconocer su propia energía y su poder sanador, además de compartir herramientas de autocuidado a través de la respiración y el sonido propios. También se les enseño cómo tocar un cuenco y para finalizar recibieron una muestra de la medicina del sonido. Todas las participantes quedaron muy contentas. Y nosotr@s también por seguir creciendo junto a ellas para brindar nuestro servicio en Baja California Sur. 🙏
☯WORK STRESS TREATMENT through Sound Healing🧘
Last May 12th we had a Work Stress Treatment Workshop through Sound Healing for the Asociación de Hoteles de Los Cabos A.C. at our Cabo San Lucas Studio.
They were taught to recognize their own energy and healing power, in addition to sharing self-care tools through their own breathing and sound. They were also taught how to play a bowl and finally received a sample of sound medicine. All the participants were very happy. And we also for continuing to grow alongside them to provide our service in Baja California Sur. 🙏
