In these post-pandemic times, as a society we have experienced radical changes in our interpersonal relationships, which have led to an increase in cases of stress, anxiety, fear and insecurity. This has affected both work productivity and personal relationships. To address these issues, Sound Healing Los Cabos has designed a therapy focused on work-related stress, aimed at helping workers harmonize their body and mind, improve their concentration, and reduce stress while strengthening team bonds.
We thank the team at Farmacias Similares for hosting our session on April 23rd, with the participation of 87 patients, 6 therapists, 100 bowls, 2 gongs, and a variety of instruments.
